Either. Many clients ask us to pack everything — we bring the materials and wrap each room properly, giving fragile pieces, antiques and artwork the attention they need. Others prefer to box the everyday items themselves and leave only the delicate or awkward things to us. Tell us which you would like when you request a quote and we will scope it accordingly.

Yes. Business moves are planned around your operating hours so the disruption to trading is kept to a minimum — that often means moving in the evening or over a weekend, with IT and workstations handled in a sequence agreed with you beforehand. We survey the move first so nothing is a surprise on the day.

We do. If your new place is not ready, or you are downsizing and need somewhere secure for the overflow, we can hold your belongings in storage and return them when you are ready. Everything is inventoried, wrapped and kept in a controlled space rather than left loose.

They are wrapped individually with the right materials — bespoke protection for framed art and mirrors, blanket-wrapping and corner protection for period furniture, and careful crating where a piece warrants it. Our crews are used to narrow London staircases, lifts with awkward dimensions and listed buildings, and they move accordingly.

Yes — we carry goods-in-transit and public liability cover, and we will confirm the details in writing with your quote. If a move involves particularly high-value items, tell us in advance so we can make sure the cover and the handling both match.

Send us your pickup and destination addresses, a moving date if you have one, and a note on what is involved. We will review it and reply by email to talk through the next step — usually a short survey, in person or by video, so the written quote reflects the real job.
